PURPOSE:To obtain the title rice ensured to easily obtain boiled rice of good flavor with simplified rice cooking preparation, through such processes that water is contained in rice after its washing, and extra water is put to hydro- extraction, the surface of the resulting rice is then imparted with edible fatty oil or ice film-forming water followed by putting the rice into a bag and then storing it in a frozen state. CONSTITUTION:Rice is washed with water and water is contained in the rice, and extra water attached to the surface of the rice is put to water-extraction. The surface of the resultant rice is imparted with edible fatty oil or ice film- forming water, and, in this state, the rice is put into a bag and stored in a frozen state. |
