The invention relates to a geothermal installation for supplying heat and water. According to the invention, it includes a geothermal well (1) for removing brine (salt water), communicating with a separator (2) linked in vapour phase to a jet pump (7) and to a high-pressure stage (5) of an injector (6) and linked in liquid phase to the side (8) of a heat exchanger (9) which is to be cooled, which side is connected to the jet pump (7); the water is taken off from the output of the injector (6) and sent into the water supply system (15) and into the heat supply system (14); after its use, the water reaches an input of the heat pump (16), one output of which is connected to the high-pressure stage (5) of the injector (6); the other input of the pump (16) is linked to the output of the jet pump (7) and its other output is connected to a well (28) for discharge (delivery) of the brine. The invention applies especially to the production of heat energy. <IMAGE>
