It consists of a rolling chassis REF 1 equipped with its operating grip REF 16 and with a child seat REF 15. The rolling chassis may be designed so that it can receive a multitude of types of seat. This assembly is coupled to a luggage rack through the use of a base part REF 10. On the two-wheeled vehicle the rolling chassis is set in position behind the backrest of the seat.
