A writing utensil, in which a member for temporarily storing ink, which is formed of injection-moulded synthetic resin, is mounted onto a shaft so as to be disposed between a pen point and an ink tank. The utensils include one, in which a collar portion for mounting the member to a device positioned around the outer peripheral portion of the member is formed integrally on a shaft formed of injection-moulded synthetic resin, another one, in which the member for temporarily storing the ink is provided elastically, a further one, in which the shaft is softer in quality than a tip holder, a still further one, in which the tip holder is used as a member for indicating the size of handwriting, the member for temporarily storing the ink is used as a member for indicating the colour of ink and a cap is used as a member for indicating the use, and a yet further one, in which the cap is mountable selectively according to the types. @(47pp Dwg.No.1/18)@.
