PURPOSE:To obtain a device which is less influenced badly by the variation of the operating point and the noise due to temperature variation and power source fluctuation, by providing specific counter means, storage means, and data processing means. CONSTITUTION:A counter means 35 to which a reference clock is applied and a storage means 36 which stores information of the counter means 35 by pulses obtained from a control object are provided. Further, an initial value setting means 34 which sets information of the counter means 35 to a prescribed value by the second pulse obtained from the control object and a data processing means which converts information of the storage means 36 to a control quantity so that this information becomes a control target value are provided. |
