STRENGHTMEASURING ELEMENT, ESPECIALLY FOR BAND AND WAGON BALANCE

The strength-measuring element is intended for measuring the weight of moving transportation materials. It retains the necessary accuracy in a broad range of dimensions and ensures the tenacity to multiple overload instances. The element consists of a deformable element, which in its middle part has an aperture with a compensational opening, while the top part of the deformable element has toroid shape contacting with a rigid-alloy lamella, while the bottom part ends in a heel and bolt knits for attachment to the basis of the scale. The front part of the deformable element has a non-transitional opening, where via a screw a rigid-alloy plate, in which the head of a transformator for control of linear transpositions. The attachment of the transformator to the deformable element is implemented through a split plug affixed with screws. In the area of the orifice of the deformable element is placed an elastic hermetizing muff, attached with supporting brackets and screws. The transformator for control of linear transpositions is connected with a cable passing through a filler, to a secondary appliance with an electrical terminal. The orifice is attached with a restrictor of deformation.
