PURPOSE:To realize fast speed and high reliability by providing a means to adjust switching timing of a mechanical valve for controlling a vacuum circuit of a parts attracting nozzle according to a parts size and mount cycle time. CONSTITUTION:An output axis 2 and a rotating table 3 rotate intermittently and stop by an index unit 1. A plate cam 11 rotates continuously to oscillate a laver 10. An axis 9, a motor 7 and a block 6 descend and come into contact with a mechanical valve 5, switch a vacuum circuit to transmit attracting force to an end of an attracting nozzle 14, and attract electronic parts. At this time, an interval H between the block 6 and the valve 5 is adjusted large when an attraction part is fine and small when large through forward/reverse rotation of a motor 7, attracting timing is delayed or advanced to attract the parts properly and securely. Thereby, it is possible to adapt to the type and the size of parts and to realize fast speed and high reliability. |
