The subject of the invention is an unloading device for controlling the opening of a panel or an emergency door 13 of the type comprising a blocking mechanism 11 locking the door, capable of unlocking under the action of transmission means 7 initiated by a control means. The control means consists of a pyrotechnic flash laser comprising an initiation trigger 2, an igniter 3, transmitters 4, at least one pyrotechnic flash 5 and a stripe laser 6. The transmission means 7 comprises an optical distribution head arranged facing the stripe laser 6 and on which the n optical fibres 9 are connected. The blocking mechanism carrying out the unloading consists of pyrotechnic (explosive) bolts or pins 11 with a shearable shaft fastening the door 13 to its support. Application to producing emergency exits in buildings or vehicles. <IMAGE>
