PURPOSE:To prevent fault of power supply due to unpreferable environmental conditions by detecting the environmental conditions based on a suction side temperature, discharge side temperature or temperature rise in a device. CONSTITUTION:A computer 11A indicates a temperature rise (TC), a suction side temperature (TA) and a discharge side temperature (TB) on a temperature indicating means 5A. the suction side temperature TA is compared with a preset suction side temperature (T1) through a judging means. If TC>=T1, an informing means 7 informs preferable environmental conditions to the outside of a device 1. When such an environmental condition monitoring function is provided, preferable environmental conditions can be maintained even when unpreferable environmental conditions start to prevail. |
