PURPOSE:To readily prepare a multi-layered gelly food having desired calorie and nutritive sources by selecting the raw liquids of the desired calorie and nutritive sources from preliminarily resistered data of the raw liquids and subsequently charging the liquids into a cup and cooling the liquids according to a program table. CONSTITUTION:The raw liquids of desired calories and nutritive sources are selected according to the preliminarily resistered data of the raw liquids, and processes for injecting the raw liquids from bottles 5 into a cup 4 and simultaneously for cooling and solidifying the raw liquids with a cooling air from a cold air blowing pipe 7 are repeated only the number of the desired raw liquids to provide a multi-layered gelly food having a desired calorie and containing desired nutritive sources. |
