<p>PURPOSE:To shake off sleepiness by using an aerosol method as a menthol spraying method to spray a specific amount of menthol for one sec. CONSTITUTION:Menthol is atomized by a method wherein menthol is directly dissolved in a propellant to be sprayed or a method wherein menthol is dissolved in an org. solvent capable of dissolving menthol and the propellant is added to the resulting solution to spray menthol. The amount of menthol to be sprayed for one sec is set to 0.001-0.60g/sec. As menthol to be used, both of l-menthol and dl-menthol may be used and, further, any one of natural menthol, synthetic menthol and a mixture thereof may be used but one rich in the content of l-menthol being the principal factor of freshness is pref. As the propellant, for example, fluorochlorohydrocarbon (fluorocarbon), liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) or dimethyl ether (DMI) are used alone or in a mixed form but it is not limited to them.</p> |
