PURPOSE:To enhance visibility by compounding a metal compound being main color pigment and a resin component used for the releasability and abrasion resistance for the purpose of mainly improving visibility effective for the irradiation with luminous flux within an infrared region. CONSTITUTION:In a method for the irradiation with luminous flux of an infrared region generally called a laser marking method, luminous flux of 0.01 - 0.2 J/1mm<2> is applied to the molecule of an object to be irradiated within an extremely short time. Energy and heat rays exerting photochemical change are applied to the surface of the object to be irradiated and the irradiated molecule of the object to be irradiated is deteriorated inclusive of partial combustion by light energy and instantaneous heating to perform stamping printing. The chemical change and thermal effect generated in pigment, a resin or an auxiliary agent during a short time become the action concentrated to a laser printing processing method including stamping effect. The compounding ratio of the resin and the auxiliary agent being the product of polymer chemistry wherein a marked change in a certain specific optical region, especially, a polymerization state and a molecular structure can further hold fading with the elapse of time and the quality of the product after processing considering the states before and after the exposure of light and heat rays and physical properties such as the properties to heat (thermosetting/heat softenal properties). |
