PURPOSE:To inexpensively obtain roasted conger material having the same flavor and taste as those of roasted natural conger by heating raw conger, removing bone from the raw conger, powdering the conger, removing bones from raw conger and grinding down the raw conger and blending the powder conger with the ground conger. CONSTITUTION:Raw conger is heated, bone is removed from the conger and the conger is powder. Bones are removed from conger and the conger is ground down. The powder conger is blended with the ground conger, formed and roasted to give roasted conger having high utility efficiency of raw material irrespective of size of raw material conger. |
