<p>PURPOSE: To control a load and a current at an AC line side completely even if input and output are asynchronous by providing a common middle line at an input terminal, one of output terminals, and one of the output nodes of a bridge, controlling a switching element, and providing a control means for supplying a constant frequency output. CONSTITUTION: A pair of diodes 24 and 25 rectify the AC current of an inductor 22. The inverter bridge of active switching elements 30, 31, 34, and 35 is connected across DC bus lines 27, and 28 and a connection part between the switches 30 and 31 is connected to a common neutral line 33 at a node 32. An inverter bridge operates at a constant pulse width modulation and also controls a current at an AC line side. The common neutral line is extended from an input power supply to an output load 36, thus completely controlling the load 36 and a current at the AC line side even if input and output are completely asynchronous.</p> |
