The invention relates to an electrical connector element of the type including an insulating block (10) and at least one electrical contact element which extends axially in a cavity (12) emerging from the insulating block (10) and which includes an external radial shoulder for the axial retention of the contact element in the insulating block (10), one radial face of which interacts with an internal radial shoulder (30) opposite the cavity (12) and the other radial face (40) of which interacts with the free end (38) of an elastically deformable axial retention foot (tab) (34) which projects radially inside the cavity (12). According to the invention, the insulating block (10) is injection moulded as a single piece and the retention foot (34) is made integral with the insulating block (10) during the moulding by the interaction between a portion (64) of the external surface of an axial moulding pin (60) of the cavity (12) and the end surface (72) of a transverse core (70), the extraction direction of which, out of the mould, is perpendicular to the direction (X-X) for extraction of the pin (60). <IMAGE>
