PURPOSE:To secure watertightness with no oppressive sensation by forming a bulge-contracting part along the inner circumference of a suit neck part, and adjusting a cohering state with the human neck part upon sealing or exhausting a fluid in or from the bulge-contracting part freely. CONSTITUTION:A bulge-contracting part 111 is formed along the inner circumference of a dry suit neck part 110, a space in which a fluid enters, and a connection splicer 112 for fluid sealing-exhausting use is projected to the outside of the neck part 110 so that it is connected to the space. A check valve is installed in this connection splicer 112 and simultaneously the fluid is exhaustible by manual operation at need. When the bulge-contracting part 110 is attached to the human neck part, sealing or exhausting of the fluid in or from the bulge- contracting part 110 is adjusted, through which it is cohereable to the human neck part without entailing a sense of any undue oppression and, what is more, a head part is made so easily to be passed through the suit neck part 110 when the fluid is exhausted. |
