PURPOSE:To simplify the processes by adhering on a roughened surface metallic plate a heat resisting resin clear film provided with a displaying layer for characters, designs, patterns, and the like by applying a coloring agent. CONSTITUTION:On a roughened surface metallic plate, a heat resisting resin clear film is adhered, and a displaying layer for characters, designs, patterns, and the like is provided by applying a coloring agent thereon and, on the displaying layer, a clear fluororesin coated layer is further provided. As heat resisting resin used herein, PTFE, FEP, PFA, ETFE, or the like are given. And, the coloring agent used herein is of a type wherein an organic or inorganic coloring component, or binder, filler, various kinds of additives, and the like are blended into solvent which is solved or dispersed with heat resisting polymeric substances having a polar group giving the adhesiveness with metals and heat resisting property. In the case wherein metallic plates obtained in this manner are subjected to plastic working, they can easily be finished to final products, as a result, displays can be formed in a clear coloring layer. |
