<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the number of component parts needed, and to obtain a transformer device with which manhours can be cut down in the manufacturing process by a method wherein a plurality of protrusions are formed along the longitudinal direction of the band-like region on both side face parts of an insulating film to be wound between windings of each layer, and the insulating film is wound with the surface having the protrusions facing outside. CONSTITUTION:Embossed insulating films 9a and 9b are wound with the protruding side of the embosses 10 facing outside. When the embossed insulating film is wound, the insulating film is in the state that the embosses 10 are protruding to outside when the film is wound on a bobbin. When a lead wire is wound thereon, it is wound on the center part, namely, on the part pinched by two embossed parts. As a result, the lead wire is prevented from squeezing out to outside by the embosses 10 protruding to both sides, and the embosses work as a mean of positioning of the winding. Accordingly, the barrier heretofore in use is unnecessitated, and the number of component parts used can be reduced.</p> |
