PURPOSE:To obtain excellent tracking performance by forming guide groove parts of projecting parts and recording track parts of recessed parts and coloring the guide groove parts by a dye having the absorptivity with the wavelength of the light to be used for recording and reproducing. CONSTITUTION:The dye 2 having the absorptivity with the recording and reproducing light is applied on a stamper 1 inscribed with the prescribed recessed guide groove patterns and the dye 2 on the recording track parts is scraped by a doctor 3 to pack the dye only in the guide groove parts. An optical recording layer supporting body 5 is pressed to the stamper 1 after drying and is pressurized and heated to transfer the guide groove patterns. The guide groove parts 7 of the supporting body 5 are simultaneously colored by the dye 4. After the molded supporting body 5 is released, an optical recording layer 8 is formed and is stuck to a lining substrate 10 via an adhesive 9, by which an optical card 12 having the guide groove parts 7 of the high absorptivity to the optical recording and reproducing light is completed. Thus, a large reflectivity difference is provided between the recording track parts and the guide groove parts and since this difference applies a large amplitude to the tracking signal, the excellent tracking performance is obtd. |
