The transparent hologram calendar (1) comprises a transparent or translucent hologram formation layer (11) formed by recording calendar data as a hologram image (1a) capable of being reproduced by white light. A tackifier layer (15) is formed on one of the surfaces of the hologram formation layer (11) and both bondability and peelability. The calendar can be bonded satisfactorily to the surface of the article described above and can be peeled off after a passage of a predetermined time.
