Draft copy holder for data processor input - has line display rule magnetically coupled to carrier at rear of copy support surface

The holder allows the text or data to be supported in a good viewing position for the operator of the computer keyboard (1). The current line is indicated via a steel rule (28) which is coupled magnetically to a perpendicular displaced carrier (29) beneath the support surface for the draft copy (20). The carrier (29) has permanent magnets (32,33) at each end and is easily fixed in place after removal for replacement of the draft copy, the carrier (29) displaced via controlled motors (40,41) operated by a foot switch.
