PURPOSE:To arbitrarily change and set a transmitting power level by using an infiniterotary power switch as a transmitting power level switch, actuating a transmitting power control circuit by detecting the switch to which a switching signal of a transmitting power level therefrom is inputted, and changing and setting the transmitting power. CONSTITUTION:When a transmitting power level outputted from a transmitting power level switch 7 of an operating console 5 is changed, position information of the switch 7 up to the present stored in a work RAM 11 is read out, a difference to position information by the present changing operation is taken, and '+ or -n' for showing its rotational moving amount and the rotational direction is detected. Subsequently, a transmitting power level value P up to the present stored in the RAM 11 is read out, and a transmitting power level value 'p+ or -n' to be changed this time is calculated. Next, new position information 'N' of the switch 7, and a new transmitting power level value (p)+ or -(n) are stored in the RAM 11 for the next fundamental calculation. In such a state, the level value (p)+ or -(n) is outputted to an ultrasonic transmitting/receiving part 2 through an ultrasonic receiving part output 14. |
