METHOD FOR SECRETING AND PRODUCING HUMAN LYSOZYME

PURPOSE:To allow to massively and inexpensively secrete the subject pure substance in a medium by introducing a specific recombined DNA coding a chicken lysozyme signal peptide in a yeast and subsequently culturing the transformed yeast. CONSTITUTION:A yeast transformant holding a recombined DNA containing a yeast promoter and a hybrid pre-lysozyme gene comprising a region coding a chicken lysozyme signal peptide and a human lysozyme structure gene region is cultured. The transformant of the yeast is ordinarily prepared by synthesizing a DNA containing the hybrid pre-lysozyme gene and the yeast promoter, recombining the DNA with a manifestation vector and subsequently transforming a host, yeast, with the prepared recombined plasmid.
