PURPOSE: To easily obtain a copy set with a tab by mixing a single-surface document for forming a tab and a double-sided document sheet and copying the document for the tab and the double-sided document sheet together. CONSTITUTION: In a double-sided copying mode corresponding to plural surfaces, a single-surface sheet with a tab is automatically mixed in the flowing of the double-sided copying sheet outputted by a copying machine 10 at a selected position in an on-line modular copying sheet tab forming system integrated in the copying machine. Then, the mixed document set 32 is normally placed on the tray 21 of a recalculating document handler(RDH) 20. Besides, the bottom sheet thereof is fed out to an image forming station 23 first and a copying action is executed on the exposed surface thereof. In such a case, a selection tab copying/inserting action is auotomatically adjusted by a copying machine controller 100 and the type and the order of the document given by the RDH 20 and copied by the copying machine are controlled. Thus, the output copy set which is provided with the tab and whose pages are previously put in order is obtained. |
