<p>PURPOSE: To establish an economic use by installing a motion restricting means to preclude a lever from moving beyond the middle position, and a service actuating means to move the lever to the full open position, and restricting the rate of flow selectively. CONSTITUTION: A control valve 10, coupling rod 40, and a handle 50 to move a lever 52 between the close position and full open position are provided. A projection 62 to restrict the up-down revolving motion of the handle 50 is formed at the bottom of a sleeve 53. The rod 40 is rotated by the lever 52 counterclockwise round a shaft 41 to cause the projection 62 to abut to a rim 31 of a dome 30, and the handle 50 is precluded from rotating further. When the user desires large capacity, a cap 59 is depressed to move the handle 50 in the axial direction along the rod 40, and the bottom of the projection 62 is engaged with the bottom edge of the rim 31 so that setting to any desired rate of flow is established. This allows restricting the rate of flow to an economical level.</p> |
