PURPOSE:To obtain a corrugated hose, by deforming the extruded synthetic resin tape through winding to the rotating forming roll, and transfering the deformed tape to the rotating hose shaping roll, winding it helically and bonding the side edges of the tape each other. CONSTITUTION:Synthetic resin tape 12 is extruded from a simple flat die 11, deformed between the peripheral walls 8, 10 of a forming roll 7 of which the desired convex and concave shape is protruded on the peripheral wall 8 along the periphery and cooled in the cooling bath 13. The tape 12 is put out of the forming roll 7, guided to the hose shaping roll 20 along the helical guide 17, bonded at the side edges each other on the hose shaping roll 20 and shaped into the corrugated hose successively. The pushing roll 21 holds the hose being shaped on the hose shaping roll 20 in a cylindrical shape using the shaping roll 20 as the core and also it makes the hose to proceed to the tip of the hose shaping roll 20, the rotation axis of the pushing roll 21 is inclined by the pitch angle. |
