The varible divider acting as 2 dividers or 3 dividers depending on the control signal includes a closed loop, where the output signals (Q1,Q2,Q3) of the inverter and switching parts (31,32,33) designed to wwitch the power supply and earth terminals of the inverter receiving the same input clock signal respectively, controls the power supply and earth terminals of the inverter, switching parts (31, 32,33) and a dividing deciders (34) to control the output (Q1) of the inverter and a switching part (31) depending on the control signal (CL), the output signal of the inverter, and switching part (31).
