PURPOSE:To boil dry needles with high protein or the like in an extremely short time by providing a steam boiling chamber, a plurality of heating-chambers communicated around the boiling chamber in a concentric circle, water pathways which communicate among the heating chambers and feed water into the next heating chamber in order, a means for heating the water in the heating chambers, a means for feeding the water into the most upstream heating-chamber, and a means for feeding the overheated water in the downstream heating- chamber into the boiling chamber. CONSTITUTION:When dry noodles are fed into a noodle-feeding part 17 by a feeder mechanism, a control part 20 opens a feed valve 6 and drops the dry noodles into the inside of a steam boiling cylinder 1, following which the control part 20 closes the feed valve 6 and shuts the boiling cylinder 1 tightly. After that, when a valve 4 is opened, the overheated water in a heating cylinder 2 is led into the boiling cylinder 1, following which this state is kept during a definite time and the noodles are boiled by steam. Although it takes a long time to boil the dry noodles or the like in general, they are boiled up in an extremely short time by leading the overheated water. After that, the valve 4 is closed and a pressure-reducing valve 11 is opened and then the pressure in the boiling cylinder 1 is reduced. When a discharge valve 7 is opened after the pressure is reduced, boiled spaghetti is discharged from the boiling cylinder 1 and is taken out from the lower part thereof. |
