摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the operability of an operator and the card handlability in card management of customers themselves to improve the service to customers by unifying dear key cards different in purpose and a customer management card into one card and unifying the whole of a data processing system into one body. CONSTITUTION:A customer management card processing machine 3 and a card issuing machine 7 are connected by a communication line 5 to transmit and receive data, and the customer management card processing machine 3 is provided with a data processing part 11 which processes and manages inputted data, and the card issuing machine 7 is provided with an encoding part 15 which encodes transmission data from the customer management card processing machine 3 and a storage part 16 where encoded data is stored on a unified card. Both of release data and customer management data are included in encoded data, and both data are collectively stored in one unified card. Thus, the handlability is improved to shorten the processing time, improve the service to customers, and reduce the running cost.
