<p>PURPOSE:To quickly restart communication after a second prescribed time by holding both of a transmission terminal and a reception terminal in the communicatable stand-by state during the second prescribed time when radio communication is stopped. CONSTITUTION:When 28 seconds elapse after the start of communication, a terminal sends a time over signal to a host computer. The host computer receives this signal to hold a CS signal without turning off it. Though radio communication is stopped after 2 seconds, the stand-by state is kept because the host computer holds the CS signal, and the terminal holds a CD (data reception carrier detection) signal for 2 or more seconds by a process 12. Since the terminal holds the CD signal, the terminal sends a signal, which indicates that the terminal is in the communicatable state, to the host computer when receiving an individual discrimination code 13 from the host computer after the 2-second radio stop period. Thus, the host computer restarts transmission of data 16.</p> |
