PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of the title device and permit the control of many chambers by a method wherein a plurality of outlet ports, communicated with the inlet ports of cold air of a housing, is opened and closed by the combination of a cylindrical flap and a rotor rotated by single driving cource. CONSTITUTION:When a signal is inputted from a control circuit, a motor 18 is turned and the rotation is transmitted to a rotor 23 through a reduction gear box 19 whereby the rotor 23 is rotated in the annular recess 12 of a housing 10. In this case, the tip end of the blades 23a of the rotor 23 is contacted with the inside of an annular flap 20 and the flap 20 is moved to a position, determined by the length of the blade 23a of the rotor 23. When only the temperature of the second chamber is increased and the same of a first chamber is low, the motor 18 is electrified for a given period of time so that the rotor 23 is rotated by 90 deg. by an external control circuit whereby an outlet port 17a is closed by the flap 20. According to this operation, cold air flows into a second chamber from an inlet port 16 through another outlet port 17b. |
