PURPOSE:To enable two parts to be assembled with less processes and spaces by transferring these two parts into an assembling means to deliver the first part between a means provided adjacent said assembling means and prepared for the first part and the assembling means. CONSTITUTION:An outer panel transferred by lifting a carrier 37 for a second lifter 36 is mounted on a carrier 44 of a first shuttle bar 23, and the first shuttle bar 23 is moved left and the outer panel is lifted by a carrier 30 of a first lifter 29 to approach a nozzle 21 of a mastic means 10 as a preparatory means, and painted with adhesives. After the painting, the outer panel is mounted on a carrier 45a of a second shuttle bar 24 and moved right to be assembled with an inner panel beforehand mounted on the carrier 45a by an assembling means 11 and bonded thereto. Thus, the process is simplified and the space can be effectively utilized. |
