Operating device for a cycle derailleur which comprises, on the one hand, a fixed ring (2) with axial bearing (22), indexing ring (24, 26), cams (36) with bayonet fitting, lugs (32) for immobilizing and support (30) of a cable guide ramp and, on the other hand, a complementary rotary ring (4) with an axial bearing (42) on which the actuating cable is wound, movable indexing ring (44, 46) at least two peripheral and ergonomic control levers (48, 50) and cam surfaces (52).
