PURPOSE:To remove aliasing so that a whole picture can not blur by applying a number to an object, executing picture generation by using a P buffer method to detect an edge according to difference in the number of the object, and filtering the picture. CONSTITUTION:A picture generation part 1 generates only the visible part of picture data and out of the picture data, the object numbers of respective picture elements are stored in a P buffer 2. Then, the color information of the respective picture elements are stored in a first frame buffer 4. The informa tion of the P buffer 2 are converted to mask pictures at an edge detection part 3 and form the mask pictures and the first frame buffer 4, an averaging filter processing part 5 generates the color information of new picture data. Thus, without blurring the generates picture, the aliasing can be removed even when a graphic gats contact. |
