<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas detector and a periodical maintenance inspection time management system of the gas detector capable of performing easily and efficiently operation and management of a periodical maintenance inspection work. <P>SOLUTION: The gas detector includes: a recording means, including at least a sensor, for recording updatable periodical maintenance inspection time information on each maintenance-requiring member requiring periodical maintenance inspection; a clocking means for measuring an elapsed time from a prescribed reference time, and acquiring time information; a management means for managing a periodical maintenance inspection time based on the time information and the periodical maintenance inspection time information; and a reporting means for reporting that the periodical maintenance inspection time has come. In the management system constituted by connecting a plurality of gas detectors respectively to a network to which at least one client device is connected, maintenance inspection reporting information for reporting that the periodical maintenance inspection time has come is provided to the client device individually from each gas detector. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
