PURPOSE:To conserve resources by supplying stable heat sources with a combination of thermal energy generated by a wind power to heat conversion system and a heat pump utilizing electric power at night by the use of well water as a heat source, and utilizing the well water, after being utilized as the heat source, together with rainwater as general service water. CONSTITUTION:There is provided system in which a impeller 4 in a wind power to heat converter 1 is rotated so the Joule heat can be generated to heat water 5, and the heated hot water 5' becomes a heat source for storing warm water 7 in a warm water storage tank 6. There is also provided a system where well water 9 pumped up by a pump 8 is used as a heat source for a heat pump 10 for storing the warm water 7 in the warm water storage tank 6. The warm water 7 is used for warm water supply or heating. Furthermore, there is provided a system for storing the well water 9 after being utilized as the heat source and rainwater 12 collected by a collecting device 11 in a general service water tank 15 as general service water 14 through a filter 13. The general service water is utilized for cleaning a toilet or sprinkling the ground. |
