PURPOSE:To form a viscous material in a prescribed shape having a desired pattern by spraying a liquid to a forming hole from a side part in rotational direction and removing the formed product by forwarding a pattern-forming member and ejecting a gas at the lowest position in the rotational direction. CONSTITUTION:A liquid is sprayed with a liquid spraying mechanism 38 to a forming hole 10 positioned at a side position in the course of rotating a cylindrical rotor 6. A viscous raw material is filled in the forming hole 10 by a viscous material filling mechanism 40 at the top position during the rotation of the rotor. The formed viscous material is removed from the forming hole by forwarding a pattern-forming member 16 and blasting a gas by a gas-blasting mechanism 42 synchronized to the forwarding motion of the pattern-forming member 16 by the aid of a cam mechanism 30 when the hole is positioned at the lowest position in rotational direction. |
