TEE MOLDING FOR GOLF AND ITS PRODUCTION

PURPOSE:To provide the tee which collapses in shape by natural phenomena, such as rain water, by using a molding material consisting of natural raw materials contg. silicates, water soluble binders having thixotropy and water and subjecting the material to cold injection molding. CONSTITUTION:The tee molding for golf consists of the molding material contg. the natural raw materials such as one or >=2 kinds of the silicates, as the main raw material and one or a >=2 kinds of the water soluble binders having the thixotropy and a proper volume of water as essential components in order to cause the collapse of the molding and the collapse of its shape by the natural phenomena, such as rain water. The above-mentioned water soluble binders are incorporated at 2 to 20 pts.wt. in 100 pts.wt. natural raw materials. The molding material is used and is molded by the cold injection molding method in order to efficiently produce the tee molding for golf.
