PURPOSE:To achieve automatic quality control by automatically determining the speed set value of a speed controller directly exerting effect on the amount of production on the basis of two elements of the operation surplus quantity of a hot air amount controller and the moisture content of paper. CONSTITUTION:A speed controller 4 operates a speed motor 3 so that the speed measured value PV1 of a speed detector 1 becomes same to the speed set value SV1 of a speed setting device 2. A moisture controller 7 determines the set values SV3 of a hot air controller 6 so that the measured moisture value PV2 of a moisture detector 5 becomes same to a set moisture value SV2. An operation valve 8 is controlled on the basis of the operation value MV1 from the controller 6. Further, an operation surplus quantity calculation circuit 9 compares the operation value MV1 with an operation valve full open value FS to calculate operation surplus quantity. A speed increasing circuit 10 calculates speed increase quantity from the operation surplus quantity as a fold line pattern while a speed decreasing circuit 11 calculates speed deceleration quantity when the measured moisture value PV2 is more than the set moisture value SV2 as a fold line pattern to set the same to a speed decrease value. |
