<p>This invention relates to a process for preparing a thermoplastic polyurethane resin and the resin prepared thereof. In particular, the invention relates to a thermoplastic polyurethane resin, having enhanced demold and physical properties, which is prepared from a polyol, a dihydroxyl chain-extending agent and organic diisocyanate in the presence of from 0.02 to 0.5 mole per mole of polyol of an amine compound containing at least two primary amine groups.</p> |
