<p>PURPOSE: To improve the resistance against wear of a reinforcing assembly and improve the durability of a product by covering a wire rod with a sleeve made of a resin material and arranging the sleeve on a solid matrix made of the resin material having a lower melting temperature to constitute the reinforcing assembly reinforcing a tire. CONSTITUTION: This reinforcing assembly 100 has a reinforcing wire rod 10 covering an outer face with a sleeve 1 formed by a thermoplastic material, and an outer face of the sleeve 1 is also covered with a sleeve 2 formed by a thermoplastic material. Many sleeve wire rods 10A constituted by covering the wire rod 10 with the sleeve 1 are arranged on a solid matrix 3 made of a resin material having a lower melting temperature than that of the sleeve 1 to obtain the desired reinforcing assembly 100. A bead wire 9 reinforcing beads 8 of a tire 5 is formed using this reinforcing assembly 100. Moreover, when a reinforcing ply 80 is formed, a covering strand 71 is formed using many sleeve wire rods 10A, and many of them are arranged in a solid organic material 81 to form it.</p> |
