PURPOSE:To coat surely the surface of a resin molding with an IMC paint and uniform a distribution of board thickness in articles by effecting holding force on the IMC paint during the period of in-mold coating(IMC) to the resin molding after the first molding. CONSTITUTION:A gap 61, which is thick at the left side and thin at the right side, is produced between the molded surface 11 of an upper mold 1 and the upper surface of a first molding 3a. A first process P1 is constituted by a process P1a and process P1b. At the second process P2, by operating a discharge pump, an IMC paint is injected under a predetermined pressure from the discharged nozzle 41 of the upper mold. Next, in the third process P3, by operating a discharge pump, an IMC paint is injected from the left side discharge nozzle 42b of a lower mold 2. Through this injection pressure, a scissors-like holding force which fulcrums the right side effects on the paint 52 in the upper surface side of the first molding 3a and in consequence the paint 52 on the upper surface side of the first molding 3a adheres stronger with respect to the upper surface of the first molding 3a and thus the paints 51, 52 existing therebetween are uniformed in their film thickness. |
