PURPOSE:To subject to surface working the rolling roll capable of transferring uniform and various kinds of patterns by forming on the roll surface the pattern repeated with the various kinds of working marks at optimum intervals as the unit by repeatedly irradiating various kinds of laser beams on the roll surface. CONSTITUTION:The laser beams of more than two kinds are repeatedly radiated on the surface of a rolling roll. The working marks of more than two kinds are formed thus on said roll surface. The intervals A, B, etc. of said working marks are taken in >=260mum and the build-up heights (a), (b), etc., in 3-10mum all, and repeated patterns are made with those as the unit. By rolling a steel plate with the use of this surface worked roll uniform and various kinds of patterns are transferred on the steel plate to obtain a painted product of different tones. |
