A light-weight, compact, portable knock-down crib comprised of a single flat sheet of foldable material having an integrally formed rectangular base. A pair of side wall and end wall panels are foldable on folding score lines about the base. Attachment tabs and slots are provided to interlock the panels elevated from the base in a position of use to form an open-top enclosure. Collapsing folding score lines extent transversely across the flat sheet and centrally align with the pair of sidewall panels. The collapsable folding score lines include at least one expandable joint in at least part of each of the sidewall panels to permit sections of the sidewall panels to move in response to folding pressure so that the flat sheet and panels may be folded into a hand-portable package.
