Method of paint spraying - has spray gun head heated using hot air flow to prevent clogging

Hot-air spraygunning method involves heating the head (3) outlet areas (2) during breaks in spraying, and to a temperature pre-set in relation to the working temperature. This uses a hot air flow for the heating. Two air compressed air lines (6,6') lead to the spraygun (1) and connect separately to this but are connected by a connecting channel (10) which runs within the gun body and opens up when the gun outlet (7,7') is closed. USE/ADVANTAGE - Industrial painting. Gun is kept hot to prevent deposition and thus permit rapid colour changes by feedline switching.
