PURPOSE:To produce homogeneous seamless capsules having uniform size by providing an auxiliary tank having a level control structure between the liq. coolant tank and pump to easily keep the liq. level in a capsule forming vessel constant. CONSTITUTION:The liq. coolant c is sent to the capsule forming vessel 4 from the coolant tank 5 by pumps 50 and 54, and the coolant is circulated through a capsule recovery pipe 71 and a capsule recovery vessel 7 and recovered in the tank 5. A composite jet current contg. the current of a filler (b) having fluidity in the current of a film forming material (a)insoluble in the coolant (c) is continuously formed in the current of the coolant (c) in the vessel 4. The composite jet current is successively cut to a specified length in the current of the coolant (c), and the cut pieces are successively formed into a specified shape in the current of the coolant (c). In this case, an auxiliary tank 9 having a level control structure is provided between the tank 5 and the pumps 50 and 54. |
