PURPOSE:To allow the easy setting of a fine optical axis adjustment and to eliminate a change in the optical axis after adhesion by providing a pedestal for fixing an array and a pedestal for fixing a holding member holding a diffraction grating and stably fixing the array and the holding member onto a base plate. CONSTITUTION:The optical fiber pedestal 8 and diffraction grating pedestal 9 tentatively fixed onto the base plate 7 are fixed onto the base plate 7 by means of adjusting screws 10, 12 and lock screws 11, 13 while the optical axes of optical fiber 1 and the diffraction grating 3 are evaluated by a measuring instrument. The diffraction grating 3 is fixed to the diffraction grating pedestal 9 by an adhesive agent 6 and the optical fiber pedestal 8 and the diffraction grating pedestal 9 are fixed onto the base plate 7 after the absence of a change in the optical axis is confirmed. The easy setting of the fine optical adjustment by the adjusting screws 10, 12 and the lock screws 11, 13 is possible in this way and the influence by the shrinkage at the time of curing of the adhesive agent 6 is hardly received. |
