PURPOSE: To conduct a motion compensation by generating a mean value according to a rule vector component calculated from the position of a vector from local estimation for each component, deciding dispersion as a weighting factor from the local estimation, and weighting and adding it for generating a zoom coefficient. CONSTITUTION: The meaning of each component is executed by the individual addition of the (x) and (y) components of the vector of a vector histogram weighted according to the frequency. A synthetic vector field is decided from the parameter of a zoom coefficient and a pan coefficient according to a rule vector component equal to the position of a zoom coefficient * vector. A difference vector is decided from the vector field and the synthetic vector field, and the pan is estimated from the vector field, and when the pan vector is not equal to zero, zoom analysis is repeated by using corrected pan estimation. |
