PURPOSE:To provide superior antidim properties by melt extruding polyolefin kneaded with a non-ionic surface active agent from a T-die to a base through a bonded layer and laminating a polyolefin layer prepared by a cooling roll and nip rolls. CONSTITUTION:A bonded layer 3 is formed on the side of a printed layer 2 of a base 1, and then polyolefin kneaded with a non-ionic surface active agent is melt extruded out of a T-die 10, immediately after which polyolefin layers 5 prepared by a cooling roll 11 and a nip roll 12 are fixed by pressure and laminated on the bonded layer 3 of the base 1 by means of nip rolls 13 and 14 to manufacture a film. Not only laminating the polyolefin layers 5 directly with the bonded layer, but also the structure of interposing layer 6 to be interposed between them can be formed. Said interposing layer 6 can be provided on the base 1 on which the polefin layers 5 are laminated, or provided by extruding simultaneously at the time of extrusion. Lowering of bonding because of bleeding out of the surface active agent can be prevented and also the amount of thermal decomposition of the surface active agent included in the polyolefin layers is small so that antidim effect can be demonstrated by the process. |
