PURPOSE:To obtain the title inorganic composition having low dielectric constant in which three components of rock crystal (alpha-quartz), quartz glass and borosilcic acid based glass are on lines binding each specific point in composition diagram of three component system and are within a composition range enclosed with the above- mentioned three points, having sufficiently low dielectric constant and capable of carrying out burning at <=1000 deg.C low temperature. CONSTITUTION:The aimed-inorganic composition having low-temperature sintering property and low dielectric constant being on lines binding each composition point of the three component system expressed by the formula and being within a composition enclosed with the three points in three-component based composition diagram when rock crystal (alpha-quartz), quartz glass and borosilcic acid based glass are each represented by X, Y and Z [provided that X+Y+Z=100(wt.%)]. The inorganic composition has low dielectric constant lower than a conventional alumina or glass ceramic system etc., while maintaining reliability of low-temperature sintering properties, insulation characteristics, water resistance, etc. Consequently, the composition is capable of providing multilayered ceramic printed circuit board for installing ultrahigh speed VLSI element and largely contributes to improvement of high densification and high- speed transmission. |
